Exchange and Return Policy
This Company is CHAMYAR Leather Collection, a company I am proud to work for being able to provide quality product and satisfying our customers. If you are not fully satisfied with what you’ve bought, we are here to assist through our exchange and return policy.
Eligibility for Exchange or Return:
- All products are eligible for exchange or refund, allowing you 7 days from the date of delivery.
- It has to be new, packed and sealed with the tag still on it.
- We do not accept exchange or return for customized item/s or sale item/s.
Process for Exchange or Return:
- Our email is sales@chamyar.com Please include your order information and the reason for the exchange/return.
- Our team will assist with the following steps after using the product, you will have to send it back to us.
- Upon arrival of the product and its inspection by the company, a request for exchange or a refund will be processed through within 7 business days.
Important Notes:
For other returns, the customer is required to bear the cost of returning the product unless it is a defective or an incorrectly shipped product.
- The payment is done through the method used while purchasing the products.
